Again, Western
- June 13-15, 2008 |

"Play It Again,
Western" drew nearly 150 enthusiastic Western
College and Western College Program alums and
guests back to the Western campus for a weekend full
of activities. In keeping with the fine arts theme,
there was Turkish Shadow Theater, performance art,
book discussion and a grand music finale.
Coupled with delicious meals and good friends,
Reunion 2008 was a great time to remember!

In tribute to the
faculty and students at Western College who focused
on the Fine Arts (art, music, theatre), the 2008
Reunion Gift is creating a new endowed scholarship
for first-year fine arts students with financial
need. The goal is $25,000. To

YEAR
The
WCAA invites Westerners one and all to return to the
fold next June to celebrate the 35th
Anniversary of the WCAA! We are extending
a special invitation to all former Faculty
and Staff to come back and once again be
acknowledged for their great influence on the lives
and careers of alumnae. Trustees Emeritae
will once again be acknowledged for their valuable
service to the Association. And, of course, we will
be honoring anniversary classes ending in 4 and 9 --
especially the 50th class of 1959 and
the 25th class of 1984.
Talk with your friends now and make plans to come
back to campus JUNE 19-21, 2009 for a very
special Western Gathering!
