About Me

Hello! Apa khabar! My name is Ann Rahmat, and I am one of the assistant directors in the Office of Admission. I have been in the field of college admissions and student affairs for over seven years, and my professional specialty is international recruitment and admissions. Originally from Johor Bahru, Malaysia, and a short 15-year stint in Texas, I have recently called Oxford, Ohio, my home. The transition has been made extremely easy with warm, welcoming and friendly people in the campus community. Favorite Miami Moment

Since moving to Oxford, everyday is an adventure and full of discovery! The spicy buffalo chicken snack at Buffalo Wild Wings uptown (also fondly known as B-dubs) is finger-licking good. Tuffy's Toasted Rolls at Shriver are delicious (to the detriment of my waistline), and the Rohan Indian restaurant is a very welcome change from the local fare.
