Your form must be accompanied by documentation providing proof of financial support, which you will be able to upload via your Applicant Status Page as well. The most common type of documentation submitted for the Financial Verification is a copy of a current bank statement. Tax returns and letters of employment or income will not be accepted as proof of financial support. Please allow two business days to process any uploaded material.

A recommendation must be submitted on your behalf. This recommendation can be in the form of a letter; the School Report completed by your school official; or the Teacher Evaluation, completed by a teacher. Both forms can be found at CommonApp.org. The recommendation must be submitted directly from the school official or teacher. Only one recommendation is required.

Academic records include all secondary studies, beginning with 9th grade to date, and proof of secondary school graduation (if applicable).

All documents not originally issued in English must be accompanied by an English translation. Faxed or
emailed/scanned copies of academic records submitted by the applicant cannot be accepted.
