Market Research and Surveys

We oversee gathering feedback for auxiliary areas through surveys, feedback forms, focus groups, and informal conversations. 

Each year we do at least one formal survey to 5,000 students for Food and Beverage, Housing, Retail, Recreation, and Goggin Ice Center. These surveys are conducted through Qualtrics, an online survey tool provide by university IT Services.

We have also conducted several smaller-scale surveys for our areas. If you have would like assistance in holding a focus group or creating a survey, please contact Jess Young at youngjd2@miamioh.edu.
