The Miami Mail and Package Center offers mail and shipping services through a full-service USPS window, as well as providing a drop location for FedEx, UPS, and DHL prepaid packages. You can buy envelopes, stamps, and supplies, bring in ready to ship packages or purchase money orders. With the wide variety of postal services available and a large selection of supplies at great low prices, we've got all of your shipping and moving needs covered!

    • Packages with prepaid labels attached for UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS may be mailed from the pickup window.

Lobby Kiosk

Visit our shipping kiosk located in the lobby of the Mail and Package Center. 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week you will have access to do the following:

  • Ship DHL, UPS, FedEx or USPS using a personal shipper account or credit card.
  • Create and print required customs documents for all outbound USPS international shipments.
  • Add funds to your MUlaa account.
  • Printing is available on a Pay4Print device using your MUlaa or payroll deduct.

Pack and Ship Service


The customer holds the following responsibilities:

  • Complete and sign the Pack and Ship Request Form which itemizes content and value of package content.
  • Pay the cost of insurance if the value exceeds standard carrier insurance protection.
  • Pack and Ship fee to include shipping materials only.
  • Postage charges to include insurance, if needed.

Other policies include:

  • Shipment is mailed same day if received prior to 2 p.m.
    • Any items received after 2 p.m. will be next day mailing.
  • The Mail and Package Center reserves the right to refuse certain shipment types (perishables that require dry ice or refrigeration, dangerous goods shipments, etc).

Payment Methods

  • UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
    • Using Miami rate contracts and adding a surcharge to retail rates.
    • eShip at the front counter allows immediate rate shopping for customers.
  • Credit card, cash, check or MUlaa.

International Shipping

To send packages to a different country, you will need to follow steps provided by the United States Postal Service. A customs form is required and must be completed online for all outbound international shipments.
