Educational Resources

Please see Educational Resources to learn how you can take advantage of our Discovery Trunks, specimen loans, inquiry lessons, and more.

Bring your class to Robert A. Hefner Museum of Natural History! Our programs are FREE, and we welcome both formal and informal learning groups . Our knowledgeable staff will guide your students as they explore our galleries and exhibits, participate in hands-on, inquiry-based activities, and experience the thrill of discovery as they take part in age-appropriate scavenger hunts. We have established programs for preK-12 students, or we can tailor a program to match your specific curriculum requirements. All programs and activities are connected to Ohio academic content standards.
