The Department of Comparative Religion sponsors a number of co-curricular activities related to the academic study of religion.

Student organizations

CRSA, the Comparative Religion Student Association, organizes events including film viewings, panel discussions, and faculty presentations on current events.

If you're a Comparative Religion major, see if you're eligible for induction into Theta Alpha Kappa, the national honor society for the study of religion.

Lectures and other events

Our department sponsors two endowed lecture series, which bring renowned scholars to Miami from around the U.S. and beyond. The Puff Memorial Lecture focuses on topics in the study of Christianity. The Wickenden Lectures explore a broad range of issues in the study of religion.
