Application for History Funding for Speakers and Events

This application is to be used by both History Department faculty proposing a speaker or event, and by other Miami University departments and faculty requesting History Department funding support for university events.

Please submit the following information to the Speakers and Special Programs Committee, History Department, 254 Upham Hall, in care of Jeri Schaner, schanejl@miamioh.edu

  2. Applicant Department
  3. Dollar amount requested
  4. Description of the event
  5. Speaker's credentials (if appropriate, attach c.v.)
  6. Target audience and approximate number of participants
  7. Project relevance:  Briefly describe how the project will benefit History Department students and faculty.
  8. Other sources of funding applied for
