Many of our students take advantage of the numerous travel opportunities available at Miami University.

For example, Global Initiatives offers many study abroad workshops, particularly during the summer. Many of these workshops have environmental themes such as:

• wildlife conservation
• natural resource sustainability
• environmental education
• ecosystem ecology
• energy efficiency

Opportunities are available for travel to Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific, and Europe, as well as within the Americas.
