Dance Theatre concert series Nov. 19-22
Miami University’s Dance Theatre will present a winter concert series at 7:30 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, Nov. 19-21, and at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22, in Studio 88, Center for Performing Arts. A “Talk Back” will be held after the Saturday performance.

Miami University Center for Community Engagement in Over-the-Rhine project recognized
The inaugural project for the Miami University Center for Community Design's Atelier program received two awards since its completion in May 2015.

Scholarship Honors musician, teacher, and beloved man
Adon Foster, a professor emeritus of music at Miami University and accomplished violinist, died in 2014 at the age of 94. In his memory, Kay, his wife of more than 30 years, made a gift permanently endowing the Adon Foster Scholarship in support of Miami music students.

Highest National Museum Recognition
Miami University Art Museum has again achieved accreditation by the American Alliance of Museums (AAM), the highest national recognition for a museum. Accreditation signifies excellence to the museum community, to governments, funders, outside agencies, and to the museum-going public. Miami University Art Museum has been accredited since 1984. All museums must undergo a re-accreditation review every ten years to maintain accredited status.
