University Housing Accommodations
The Department of Housing, Dining, Recreation, and Business Services is pleased to offer overnight guest accommodations in university residence halls on Saturday, May 11, only. We have a limited number of rooms; reservations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to Miami student housing, accommodations are not available on Friday, May 10.
Check-in time begins at noon on Saturday, May 11 at Morris Hall. For guest convenience, check-in will extend throughout the night. Housing assignments will be made upon your arrival at the registration desk located in Morris Hall's lower level. We advise against bringing luggage with you when checking in, as you may be assigned to a different hall.
Check-out time is 1:30pm, Sunday, May 12. Return of guest room cards is required at the hall bell desk.
If any member of your party requires special accommodations, such as a first-floor room or a room near restroom facilities, please indicate this on the reservation form. Due to the limited number of such rooms, we may be unable to house your entire party in the same area of the building. We will, however, make every attempt to accommodate your entire party in the same residence hall.
Rooms include two twin-sized beds with linens, a light blanket, pillow and towels.
To reserve residence hall housing, complete our online reservation form, found on the Commencement website under the Friends and Family tab. Housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The online reservation for link will be live until May 5, 2013, or until housing is sold out.
To qualify for a refund, cancellation requests must be received by May 5, 2013. After this date, advance payments will not be refunded.
If you have any questions about room accommodations, please email Conference Services at firstname.lastname@example.org.
