Miami University is featured in the Princeton Review's The Best 371 Colleges - 2010 Edition as one of the nation's best institutions for undergraduate education. Miami was chosen for the book based on student surveys regarding dozens of topics from academics to college life, as well as general observations from Princeton Review editors.
The Scripps Gerontology Center at Miami University has released a report on the use of information technology in Ohio nursing homes that finds while 80 percent of the state's facilities are "in the early to mid-transition phase" of converting to electronic records, they still have work to do in maximizing the benefits of health care technology regarding resident care.
