Miami's first-year class moved into residence halls in an early rain and lingering puddles Thursday morning. Among smiles and strained biceps the class that arrived is of a similarly high academic caliber to recent years, with 38 percent graduating in the top 10 percent of their classes and 24 percent scoring 29 or higher on the ACT.
