In order to test the ability to maintain critical services throughout a potential flu outbreak or other potential crises, IT services staff will participate in an H1N1 drill Thursday, Sept. 17.
Miami University Middletown will observe Constitution Day on Sept. 17 by hosting an open forum on racial profiling. This panel discussion will be held at 12:30 p.m. in Room 142 of the Campus Community Center. This event is free and open to the public.
Martin Johnson, a history professor at Miami University Hamilton and a renowned Lincoln expert, kicks off the 2009-10 Michael J. Colligan History Project lecture series to be held at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 17, in the Wilks Conference Center at the MU Hamilton campus with "Lincoln at Hamilton and the New Birth of Freedom."
Ellen Price, Miami University professor of art, will present "Grey Matter: Compositions in Black & White" at 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, at the art museum.

Trustees to meet
Miami University's trustees will meet on the Oxford campus Friday, Sept. 18. The board will convene at 9 a.m. in Multipurpose Rooms B-C, Shriver Center, for an executive session followed by a public study session, a public business session and an executive session.
