More than $7,000 was collected in monetary donations for Miami University's Holiday Project, which benefited 170 foster children in Butler and Preble counties this month.

Miami University mail services will be closed the week of Dec. 26 through Dec. 30. During this time, all mail will be held. The office will resume normal business hours on Monday, Jan. 2, 2012. Delivery will resume Monday, Jan. 2. The U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express and UPS will be closed on Monday, Jan. 2, 2012, in observance of the New Year's holiday. No services will be available from those carriers on that day.
