Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine and Ohio Board of Regents Chancellor Jim Petro announced that four legal templates for contracts have been developed for use by Ohio's colleges and universities when partnering with private industry on research and commercial projects. Representatives from Miami were members of the group that drafted the templates.
