Miami University continues to rank first among public universities in Ohio for best salary potential after graduation, according to a recent survey of employees by PayScale.com, a global compensation data website. Among public universities nationwide, Miami had the 42nd highest earning potential.
"Grass Routes: Pathways to Eurasian Cultures," the three-gallery fall exhibition at the Miami University Art Museum, "is the result of a multi-departmental collaboration that introduces visitors to the people, culture, environment and art of the Eurasian grasslands - an area extending from northern China westward to eastern Hungary," said Jason Shaiman, curator of exhibitions.

Miami University student employees will enjoy improved service and a faster payroll process starting in mid-October thanks to an internal Leveraging Efficiencies and Aligning Needs (LEAN) initiative across several university departments.
Filmmaker Nathan Lang will bring his unique blend of filmmaking, social commentary and religious experience to the Miami University campus in a program that runs Monday, Oct 8, through Wednesday, Oct 10. The three-day event will feature an interactive box in which people are invited to sit in front of a camera and share their views on the meaning of God.
