Miami email goes Google Dec. 21

Miami University is partnering with Google Apps for Education. Faculty and staff email is being copied from the current Exchange system to Google Apps for Education. Employees will sign in to their new Google Miami Mail account beginning Friday, Dec. 21. IT services invites employees to information sessions beginning this week.


Join in a Great American Smokeout

Miami University Employee Wellness will hold a Great American Smokeout on Wednesday, Nov. 28. The Great American Smokeout will raise awareness about the benefits of smoking cessation and provide smokers with the resources and support they need to quit. Celebrate at a special event 11 a.m.-2 p.m. in Shriver Center.


Glenna Wallace, Chief of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma, to speak on "Homelands, Shawnee and Ohio" Nov. 27

Glenna Wallace, Chief of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma, will present "Homelands, Shawnee and Ohio: Past, Present and Future" at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, in the Shriver Center Heritage Room. Her talk is part of the Lectures in Contemporary Anthropology Indigenous Speaker Series.
