Over the past year or so there has been much discussion about public pension reform legislation in Ohio. It is critically important that faculty and staff stay informed about possible changes. Miami University provides the following update.
Seven Miami University students received the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship to study abroad. The students have been awarded a collective total of $29,000.
Melba Jean "Corky" Gilmore Scotford, 89, from Naples, Fla., formerly of Oxford, died in hospice May 21. Scotford retired in 1986 as Miami University's student activities program director.
