New cell phone/electronic device policy

Among steps Miami is taking to improve efficiency and decrease expenses is a policy that creates a more balanced system for compensating employees who often use a cell phone in their jobs.


Miami pre-sale for Carnegie Hall, show, hotel and brunch

In memoriam: Margaret A. Barrier

Margaret A. Barrier, 83, died Thursday, July 5, at the Knolls of Oxford. She taught at Western College and joined Miami University's sociology staff in 1974, retiring from the university in 1992.

  • CASHNet maintenance
    The CASHNet system will be undergoing required maintenance during the weekend of July 14-15. During that timeframe: Any charges or payments made to a student's online account after 4:30 p.m. Friday, July 13 - 1 p.m. Saturday, July 14 will be processed but those updates will not show in Banner or BannerWeb until 8 a.m. Monday, July 16. Online payments and access to student eBill information will not be available and CASHNet eMarkets will be down during this timeframe.
