Strong fundraising year for Miami University

During the fiscal year that ended June 30 Miami University received nearly 36,000 gifts totaling $33.7 million. That amount is an increase of 15 percent from fiscal year 2011, and is Miami's best fundraising year since 2008. Gifts to the university's annual fund surpassed $4 million for the first time.
