All ages in Oxford are reading one book; Miami students help make it happen

Fifty Miami University students are an integral part of a multi-generational reading program spanning elementary-school to senior (citizen) readers. Members of the Miami University Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education will introduce local students and the Oxford community to an award-winning author during the 7th Annual Sandy Hormell Book Celebration.


Spotlight on new faculty: Per Bloland and the electroacoustic music festival

Per Bloland joined Miami in August as assistant professor of technology and music theory. A composer of acoustic and electroacoustic music, he is organizer of Miami's first student electroacoustic music festival, held Sept. 21-22.
