Miami University has teamed up with the national organization Operation Hat Trick (OHT) to sell co-branded sports caps with the proceeds supporting Miami scholarships and soldiers. OHT works with U. S. military veterans in their recovery, training and education.
Doug Curry, executive director of recreational sports and housing administration at Miami University, received the Honor Award from the Ohio Recreational Sports Association (ORSA).
The United Way - Oxford and Community Shares campaigns continue through Oct. 31, 2013. Benefit-eligible employees can submit their pledge through BannerWeb open enrollment or all employees may return the pledge card distributed via campus mail in September.
