Miami community learning about strengths-based leadership approach

Miami University student Andrew Freund considers his greatest strength to be his ability to get along with people. The freshman from Kirtland learned more about his leadership style by taking a strengths-based leadership assessment at rent Perlmutter Leadership Conference sponsored by the Harry T. Wilks Leadership Institute.

Chamber Singers and Choraliers: "Ceremony of Carols" and other works Dec. 2-3

The Miami University Chamber Singers and Choraliers, directed by William Bausano, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 2 and 3, at Kumler Chapel.

    James Tobin, associate professor in journalism, is a guest on National Public Radio's "Fresh Air" Monday, Nov. 25. He talks about one of his newest books, The Man He Became: How FDR Defied Polio to Win the Presidency (2013)." The interview airs locally at noon on WVXU/WMUB 91.7FM and 88.5. FM.
