Alysia Fischer wins third place in Eco Arts Awards competition

Alysia Fischer (MFA '10), lecturer in the Center for American and World Cultures, won third place for her work "Curtain" in the Eco Arts Awards, in the category of Repurposed Materials in Art and Design.


Racial Legacies & Learning features W. Kamau Bell

Comedian W. Kamau Bell will be the keynote speaker for the 29th town meeting of Racial Legacies & Learning: How to Talk About Race Wednesday, Feb. 27, at noon in the Miriam G. Knoll Community Center at Miami University Middletown and at 7 p.m. in the Harry T. Wilks Conference Center at Miami University Hamilton.


"9 Circles" opens Feb. 27

The Miami University department of theatre presents "9 Circles", by Bill Cain, at 8 p.m. Feb. 27-March 2 and at 2 p.m. March 2-3 in Studio 88, Center for Performing Arts.
