Michael E. Dantley, Dean of the College of Education, Health and Society at Miami University, was nominated for the Hidden Figures Award given by the University Council for Educational Administration (UCEA). UCEA’s mission is to promote rigorous research, improve professional development of educational leaders, and influence educational policy.

To be nominated for the Hidden Figures Award you must be considered a foundational scholar and trailblazer who has broken barriers, disrupted the status quo, and opened doors on educational leadership and policy.
