Handshake

When students register and upload their resume(s) on the Center for Career Exploration & Success’ Handshake, employers have access to their resume in the Master Student Resume Book. Many employers use the Master Student Resume Book to identify candidates and invite them to interview on-campus. Students also gain access to job and internship listings of employers who may not come to campus to recruit. In addition, the Center for Career Exploration & Success notifies registered students of upcoming programs, career fairs, and information useful to their job/internship search. It is important for students to routinely (at least once a semester) update their account and resume(s).

Both intern candidates and graduating students should register on Handshake. It is in a student’s best interest to register as early as possible.

Handshake Faculty Account

Please e-mail the Center for Career Exploration & Success if you would like to establish a Handshake faculty account. Provide your name, department, and Banner ID/Plus Number. An account will allow you to view on-campus recruiting (OCR) and non-OCR job postings. We will then send you registration instructions.
