Teacher Job Fair

Location: Millett Hall


The purpose of the Teacher Job Fair is to connect Miami University teacher candidates (both undergraduate and alumni) with in- and out-of-state educational institutions.

Parking Permits

Parking permits are not required for employers for the Teacher Job Fair.


Please direct questions concerning the Teacher Job Fair to the Event Coordinator, Wendy Owens.


7:30 – 8:30 am: Employer check-in and table set-up.

8:30 am – 10:00 am: Meet and greet. Schedule interviews.

10:15 am – 12:15 pm: Morning interviews.

12:00 pm – 1:15 pm: Lunch

1:30 pm – 5 pm: Afternoon interviews.

Interview Scheduling

In addition to scheduling interviews during the Fair, you may pre-select candidates for interviews in Handshake.


Please limit 2 recruiters to a table. You can purchase extra tables as necessary during registration at a cost of $25/per table.

  • Electricity is available for $10 on request. Table position is dependent on outlet availability.

Payment Information

Early Bird Registration (by 5 pm March 8) - $125 (1 table & 1 lunch)
Standard Registration (after 5 pm March 8) - $150 (1 table & 1 lunch)
Extra Representatives - $20 each
Extra Tables - $25 each

An invoice will be sent once registration is approved. Payment can be made by credit card at that time. If paying by check, be sure to include a copy of your invoice when remitting your payment.
