Dept Chair/Admin completes entry of Banner Schedule and run an initial draft of the department PAVER report for Spring 2019 and email the report to the divisional dean's office for approval.

August 17, 2018 – September 7, 2018 Divisional Approval Process Academic lead schedulers to review the course offerings by each department.
Wednesday, September 12, 2018 Spring 2019 (First Draft) worksheet due to the Office of the Registrar from Depts with Divisional Approval.
Tuesday, October 2, 2018

Spring Final proof due to the Office of the Registrar from Deans' Office


Minimal course offering changes (additions, deletions, day time changes) past this date. ALL require divisional approval. Exception to this is instructor changes.

Friday, October 5, 2018

Spring 2019 Textbook orders due to bookstore.

Spring 2019 Restrictions and reserved seats due to the Office of the Registrar.

Spring 2019 Course Schedule viewable on the web.

Friday, October 12, 2018 Summer 2019 (First Draft) worksheet due to the Office of the Registrar from Depts with Divisional Approval.
