Mary Elizabeth Badgett is an assistant professor of finance at Miami University where she teaches courses in corporate finance. Her research interests address corporate compensation choices including executive compensation, employer-provided pension schemes, and employer-provided healthcare plans. Dr. Badgett received her undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Alabama and her doctorate from the University of Georgia.
