Mock Trial Teams Takes 17th Consecutive Title

February 2015

The James Lewis Family Miami Mock Trial Program continued its winning tradition with both its junior varsity and varsity squads advancing to the next round of competition. Its two developmental teams are barred from further competition by tournament rules which limit each school to a maximum of two teams.

25 regional tournaments held around the country for the past three weeks have reduced the 600+ mock trial teams to 192 who will move on to compete in eight 24-team Opening Round Championship Tournaments for the final determination of the 48 teams to compete for the national championship in mid-April in Cincinnati.

The two Farmer School teams will next be in competition March 13-15 at the Opening Round Championship Series tournament in Louisville hosted by Bellarmine University.
