Honors & Awards
Biography
Tom Bussen is an Assistant Teaching Professor. He holds a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) in the area of Organizational Behavior from the University of Florida. He also received his Juris Doctor (JD) and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA), both from St. Louis University. He joined the Management Department following numerous posts abroad, including at the American University of Central Asia (Kyrgyzstan), Central European University (Hungary), and, most recently, the African Leadership University in Kigali, Rwanda. Tom is a former Peace Corps Volunteer, a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Butler County, and a volunteer instructor for Professors without Borders (in Nigeria, and India). He has written numerous books and articles on culture and well-being, visited more than 75 countries for work and for pleasure, and is a devoted meditator and long distance runner.
