Application Process

Applications for FSB Argentina / Chile will open online March 27th, 2017.

Eligibility

  1. Course and Program Prerequisites Required: ISA 205/STA 125/STA 261 and ISA 235, or permission of instructor. Students must have a 2.60 G.P.A. by August 2017, and 45 earned hours by December 2017. Winter Term accepted students must be available in the fall for the pre-departure meetings and Summer Term students must be available for all spring pre-departure meetings. All course prerequisites must be complete prior to the beginning of the program.
  2. Information Session Attendance Required for the first round.  Click here for dates, times, locations. The FSB Winter Program roster is usually filled by the end of September, but may fill as early as July.  ** Info sessions are not required to apply in the second round.
  3. Disciplinary Record Requirement: All applicants must submit a disciplinary waiver form.  Acceptance to a program will be based, in part, on a review of each student’s disciplinary records. The nature of the offense, date of the offense, and disciplinary status will be considered. Students on disciplinary probation may not participate in a Farmer School of Business winter workshop.  Please see the FSB Eligibility Policy.

A Completed Application is

  • Attendance to an information session (mandatory for first round applications ONLY)
  • A disciplinary waiver form signed electronically on-line.
  • An application submitted online.

Application Deadline

  • First round due April 10, 2017. All completed applications will be considered.
  • Second Round (April 11 - September 8)   Rolling acceptance until roster is full.

Notification Date

  • First round acceptance notification sent out by e-mail by April 24, 2017.
  • Second round notification to be sent per rolling acceptance.

Non Academic Deposits & Payments (For accepted students)

  • The deposit for this program is $1,000.00.
  • If accepted in first round, deposit is due May 8, 2017. 
  • If accepted in the second round, deposit is due two weeks after acceptance.

Balance due of $3,500. To be paid in 2 installments due June 12 and August 14.
