Institute for Entrepreneurship moves up in 2019 rankings

November 2018

The Institute of Entrepreneurship at the Farmer School of Business is moving up the ranks of top entrepreneurship programs in the nation.

Entrepreneur Magazine and the Princeton Review released their 2019 undergraduate entrepreneurship program top 25 rankings this week, and the Farmer School entrepreneurship program was ranked 14th overall and seventh among public universities.

“We’re excited to see Miami University’s internationally-acclaimed undergraduate entrepreneurship program recognized for its efforts to combine strong academic research and scholarship with immersive, cross-disciplinary learning opportunities for students across campus in startup and venture capital, social entrepreneurship, corporate innovation and technology commercialization, and creativity,” director Dr. Tim Holcomb said.

The Institute moved up from 18th overall and eighth among public universities last year. It's the 11th consecutive year of being ranked in the top 10 among public universities.
