Private Dining Room Reservation

The Department of Housing, Dining, Recreation and Business Services is proud to offer Maplestreet Commons private dining room for Miami University staff, faculty, and student groups as a service to the University community. We invite you to reserve a date and time for your group to meet at Maplestreet.

Mon–Fri | 7:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m. 
Sat–Sun | 9:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

We ask that you please follow these guidelines when requesting and using our meeting areas-
Room Reservation Guidelines

  • Guests must use this form to reserve a meeting space. Phone reservations cannot not be honored.
  • Please place your reservation with a minimum 24-hour notice for best availability and service.
  • Outside food or beverages may not be brought into the meeting areas with the exception of meetings held at Americas where food and beverages from the other Maplestreet Station venues are permitted.
  • If you wish to display any signs or materials, please let us know ahead of time and we will be happy to assist you. Use of tape on walls, doors, ceilings, etc. is prohibited.
  • No open flames of any kind.
  • The use of glitter or confetti is not permitted.
  • Additional charges may be assessed if special cleaning is required after your event.
  • If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you please give our staff as much notice as possible by calling: 513-529-1340 for Harris or La Mia Cucina, 513-529-3850 for Maplestreet Americas, or 513-529-3993 for Garden Commons.
