Classes and Workshops
We offer more than 80 different group fitness classes per week during the academic year including: Spinning®, Indo-Row®, Yoga, TRX Suspension Training, Zumba®, and more! Classes are first come first serve, with admittance beginning 10 minutes before start of class time.
Interested in becoming a Group Fitness Instructor or hosting a private group fitness class for your department or organization? We offer a variety of class formats for private groups in the Recreation Center or in a location of your choice at low cost.
