Join us this fall for Fitness 4 Life

Our Fitness 4 Life program consists of Phillips Hall 113 fitness center and a group fitness schedule at no cost to all Miami faculty and staff. Phillips Hall 113 fitness center hours this fall are:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 11:15 a.m.-1:15 p.m.; 4:00 p.m.-6:15 p.m.
  • Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00 a.m.-8:00 a.m.; 11:15 a.m.-1:15 p.m.; 4:00 p.m.-6:15 p.m.
  • Saturday hours at the Rec Center: 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

Brand new Fitness 4 Life schedule begins Monday, August 28, featuring the comeback of Zumba on Mondays. Our very own policewoman, Sergeant Michelle Hercules, will be teaching Self Defense starting on Friday, October 20, at 12:10 p.m. for 4 classes.
