Miami hosts and participates in various job fairs throughout the year both on-campus and off-campus. Check often for scheduling and details.

Upcoming Job Fairs

Open Interviews January 10-11, 2018

Time: Wednesday, 1/10 and Thursday, 1/11, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Location: Staff Development Center, 424 Wells Mill Drive, Oxford, OH 45056

Parking: Free parking will be available without restrictions directly in front of the Staff Development Center

Jobs Available for On-Site Interviews (Select the Job ID below to apply before coming to the fair):

  • JobID 4665 - Building and Grounds Assistants (dish room; generally second shift)
  • Job ID 4666 - Food Service Assistants (generally second shift)

All of these positions are full-time (40 hours per week, 12 months, ongoing) and available immediately. They are also eligible for our total benefit and compensation package.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and a post-offer, pre-employment physical
  • For assistant cooks only: six months of food service experience

  • Create a resume or a list of your work history (including dates) and bring it with you to the fair
  • Bring a list of names and contact information for three (3) professional references
  • Dress appropriately for an on-site interview

What can I expect at the job fair?

  • Computers and assistance available for you to apply at the job fair, but we encourage you to apply before you arrive.
  • Onsite interviews will begin once we have received your application(s) and should last anywhere from 30-60 minutes.
