We focus on learning the basic vocabulary of belly dance: stomach undulations, snake arms, hip drops and group improvisation while emphasizing meaningful engagement with the cultural origins of the movements. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. No shoes needed, just bare feet and hips ready to shake. Hip scarves are optional. No experience necessary!
