Healthy Campus 2020

The Healthy Miami Benefits & Wellness team uses Healthy Campus 2020 to provide the framework for improving the overall health status at Miami. Healthy Campus 2020 includes national health objectives for students, faculty and staff. These objectives provide our team with a framework from which to develop a strategic plan to affect the health behaviors of our community members. Healthy Campus 2020 also promotes an action model that uses the socio-ecological approach towards implementing a healthy campus environment. This approach is called MAP-IT (Mobilize, Assess, Plan, Implement and Track) framework.
