Completing the I-9

During your in-person I-9 verification appointment, you will complete the I-9 Form and present original documents for verification. Do not complete the form prior to your appointment. Visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-9 for more information about the Form I-9 Paper Version. View the Department of Homeland Security's complete list of acceptable documents that you will need to bring with you for in-person verification. Documents must be original and cannot be expired. If you cannot furnish the required documentation within three (3) days, you will not be permitted to work at the University, however, you still must complete and present Section I of the I-9 on or prior to your first day of employment.
