Dining services receives award for Dividend$

Miami University's housing, dining and guest services won Best Concept award at the Food Management Conference held this month in Chicago for Dividend$, located in the Farmer School of Business.

According to Nancy Heidtman, director of Miami's dining and culinary support services, Miami students love the menu selection, the quick service and the convenience of the U-scan technology.

Last spring, Miami’s dining services received a silver award for Dividend$ in the category of “Retail Sales-Multiple Concepts/Outlets” in the 2010 Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards sponsored by the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS).
