Miami's interactive academic integrity tutorial has been renamed mIntegrity to better situate its role as a university learning tool.
The tutorial, created and managed by the Miami University Libraries, is used for many undergraduate courses and leads students through interactive instruction on research literacy and integrity topics such as plagiarism, citing sources and academic honesty.
The tutorial ends with a quiz.
It was taken down during spring break and rebranded, but no content changes occurred. Eric Resnis, information literacy coordinator at the libraries, said “This tutorial is a great way to cover academic integrity issues such as plagiarism without using additional class time.”
