Employee health and well-being just made it easier to keep those new year's resolutions by opening fitness and wellness programs to all full- and part-time Miami employees beginning this semester.
All employees, excluding graduate assistants and student employees, can participate in group fitness programs such as aerobics, toning, Tai Chi and yoga. Check for times and locations at www.muohio.edu/ehwb.
In addition, the employee fitness room, located in 113 Phillips Hall, is available free of charge. Spring semester hours resume Monday, Jan. 7. Hours of operation are 6-8 a.m., 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4-6 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The fitness room is open 6-8 a.m. and 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday. To join, simply visit during fitness room hours. Staff will orient beginners to the room and equipment.
