GE human resources VP to speak on corporate values
Marc Chini, vice president of human resources for GE Aircraft Engines, will present "Corporate Values, Executive Compensation and Leadership Issues" at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, in 1 Upham Hall. The lecture is sponsored by the management department in the Richard T. Farmer School of Business.
Chini has served in a range of management roles, beginning as a human resources supervisor at McGraw-Edison. In 1983 he joined Liberty Life, an insurance and investment company, as its compensation and benefits manager. Since joining GE in 1984, Chini has served as human resources manager in its aircraft engines and aerospace, appliances and plastics divisions.
The lecture is free and open to the Miami community.
