Business fraternity still best in nation

The Miami chapter of Pi Sigma Epsilon (PSE) has been named the top chapter in the nation four years in a row. It marks the seventh time in eight years the chapter has won the Lewis F. Gordon Top Chapter Award.

Miami's Gamma Gamma chapter of PSE won three additional first-place awards and other honors at the national convention this month in Miami, Fla. PSE is a professional marketing and sales fraternity with 44 chapters nationwide.

Miami's student teams were awarded Top Marketing Project, for a project with W.W. Grainger Inc. Project manager was Audrey Eberhart.

They won Top Market Research Project for seeking perceptions about Procter & Gamble from non-business majors at Miami, whom P&G seeks to recruit. Project manager was Belinda Fleming. PSE earned Top Public Relations Campaign for having the best recruitment plan for its chapter.
