President Bush's Africa policy lecture topic
“The Bush Administration's Africa Policy” will be the topic of the Finch Lecture presented by Cindy Courville, special assistant to the president of the United States and senior director for African affairs, National Security Council, at 7 p.m. Friday, April 14, in 100 Laws Hall.
Courville earned bachelor's and master's degrees in political science at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and master's and doctoral degrees in comparative politics and international relations at the Graduate School of International Studies at the University of Denver.
Faculty, staff, students and community are encouraged to visit with Courville after the lecture.
The political science department's annual Finch Lecture is supported by the Marian Finch Endowment and the Ernest G. Siefert Capstone in Political Science.
