Miami News 101: What's ENews? A brown bag workshop
Learn about Miami's university news and communications and the university's communication channels in a one-hour workshop at noon Monday, Dec. 9, the Great Room in MacMillan Hall.
The workshop is open to faculty and staff members. Participants will learn about the basic functions of Miami's news and communications office. Participants will gain a better understanding of how to access the various communication channels within the university, such as the Miami news website, social media, text alerts and the internal employee e-newsletter, the e-Report. Participants also will gain insight into the kinds of stories reporters want to write.
