Learn more about Atomic Learning online training

Kick starting Miami University's adoption of Atomic Learning to provide online training for students, faculty and staff, two informational sessions will be held Tuesday, Jan. 14, in Oxford.

The contract with Lynda.com expired at the end of 2013, and Miami signed with Atomic Learning. Julie Rayhorn from Atomic Learning will present two session in Oxford — 1 -2:30 p.m. focused on administrative offices' use and a second one — 2:30-4 p.m. focused on academic use. Both sessions will be in 320 King Library.

Atomic Learning provides nearly 50,000 step-by-step tutorials on common software like Microsoft Office, Adobe CS6 and Google Tools, as well as workshops and technology integration projects on emerging topics like plagiarism and online course development.

The sessions also are available via WebEx. Below is the information to log in to each session.
