Take the Daily 5 Fruit and Vegetable Challenge
Join the Daily 5 Fruit & Vegetable Challenge sponsored by Miami University's Employee Benefits and Wellness.
Through a friendly team competition, employees are encouraged to meet their daily five servings of fruits and vegetables (2 fruits and 3 vegetables) for a least 20 days this month, at least 5 days per week. March is National Nutrition Month. Participants can track their daily count through the fruit and vegetable tracker in Healthy Miami.
The Daily Challenge includes healthy eating support, weekly recipies and healthy prizes. Teams of 1 to 100 are welcome. Register in Healthy Miami.
